This is a quick review on the MAC Brow Finisher in Clear. I ordered this from the US using a parcel forwarder so I ended up paying only $15 rather than the $31 here in Australia.
Mac Brow Finisher - Clear |
The brow finisher packaging is similar to that of a wind up eyeliner and contains 0.5 grams of product in the black plastic wind up tube.
Clear wax |
It's a hard wax that sets your eyebrows so that they don't move out of place. I don't have a swatch for you as it's a clear product so it won't show up. You can't tell that you've put clear wax on your eyebrows unless you touch them and they'll feel waxy but look completely natural.
I have doubts that it'll last very long as there's so little product but I love it and will repurchase when I run out.
Does anyone know if I can Back 2 Mac this?
Wow this product looks so interesting! It's good that it looks natural on the brows :)
ReplyDeleteI thought so to! That's why I bought it :)
DeleteWhat parcel forwarder did you use? :)
ReplyDeleteI used PriceUSA. I definitely recommend them!
Deletefor a cheaper alternative just spray hair spray on your finger and brush through your brows! they stay put all day :) and is so much cheaper too xo
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip!
DeleteThis product is really interesting. I haven't seen anything like it before.
ReplyDeleteYou should try it out :) Definitely a change from clear or tinted eyebrow gel.
DeleteI always wanted to try MAC products but I can't get them in my country. These look amazing :)x
ReplyDeleteDo you have any parcel forwarders in your country?
DeleteI love MAC but this one is maybe something I wont spend on :) I'd get their tinted brow set instead! :)

I think it's a good product but maybe not worth the price. I think I'll try their other brow products next time :)
DeleteI am pretty sure you can back to Mac like every product hey? Maybe ask at the counter?
ReplyDeletex
I think it depends on the counters? The service at the Sydney Myer store is atrocious so I'm sure they'll find a way to say no if I tried to Back to Mac anything.
Deletei've never seen anything like this! i'll definitely be looking into it.

ReplyDeleteHi, Jen. My name's Sophie and I write Born to Buy. You recently commented on my latest Want it Wednesday post, the one where I featured Clinique's Pink Chubby stick for Pink October. Somehow I managed to accidentally delete the comment, even though I replied to it, and I wanted to apologise in case you saw. It was a total accident.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I love this review. Sorry I posted the above here, I just didn't know where else to say it. Hope you're well!
what a brilliant review :) xxx
ReplyDeletei was always curious about this product!
ReplyDeletesometimes you can find a little "Back 2 MAC" logo on the box it comes in. if you still have it, you can check (it's usually on the part where you open it). x

I used to use this in the brown shade and really love it. So handy as well to carry around, might have to go back to MAC and see if they still do the same shade! x
